Coral Sea and external territories

Coral Sea
The Coral Sea Fishery covers waters from Sandy Cape, Fraser Island to Cape York, generally east of the outer boundary of the Great Barrier Reef Marine Park to the edge of the Australian Fishing Zone, excluding the area of the Coringa-Herald and Lihou Reef National Nature Reserves.

Christmas and Cocos (Keeling) Islands
The Christmas Island and Cocos (Keeling) Islands fisheries are an Australian territory located south-west of the Indonesian archipelago.

Norfolk Island
The fisheries in this area consist of an inshore shelf/upper slope fishery and an exploratory offshore deepwater fishery (Eastern Tuna and Billfish operators also target tuna and tuna like species in the offshore waters around Norfolk Island).
